- Regular property inspections and implementation of periodic maintenance (pipes, plumbing, ventilation, heating, appliances, etc.)
- Needs analysis and establishment of specifications (solutions and budgets)
- Coordination with service providers for submission, management, negotiation of bids, and selection of the optimal option in collaboration with the owner
- Management and supervision of maintenance and repair projects
3. Administrative and Financial Management
